· Oversee the entire functioning of the Branch in keeping with the company standards and goals
• Coordination channel with all the other branches
• Manage and Develop profitably a portfolio of existing and prospective customers
• Analyze competitor activity
• Meet and exceed monthly budgeted targets
• Recruit & maintain a full sales team
• Undertake planning sessions with the Sales Team, to review activity & set objectives
• Drive `New Business' each month & sustain these customers
• Build strong & strategic relationships with the channel's top customers
• Develop & generate sales from the existing base towards the monthly target
* + 3 years experience preferably in courier / freight / cargo industry
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills, Analytical, assertive, consistent
* Target Driven, Self Motivated, Positive Attitude, Polite
