- Receive/submit correspondences from/to Client,
Consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
- Process all company documents (incoming/outgoing/internal correspondences,
transmittals, technical submittals, specifications, drawings and other
documents), register and distribute to the concerned department personnel
through PRIMAS.
- Coordinate with the Project Director, department managers and engineers for
the appropriate distribution of controlled documents.
- Establish and maintain effective filing system for hard copies, electronic
database and its back-up.
- Provide proper access to the users of PRIMAS and orient staff on document
control process and procedures.
- Major duties and responsibilities include process, distribute and maintain
controlled documentation using a document control system.
- Administration of the office filing system, codes and procedures.
- Perform general secretarial, clerical and organizational duties.
- Good English communication skills (oral and written), computer literate in Windows
and Microsoft programs. Proficient in database management and pertinent
software.
