The Company
Qatar National Convention Centre opened in December 2011 and is an award winning, iconic, world class venue, located in Education City, home to Qatar Foundation.
The Position
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a medium sized HR team, providing HR generalist advice and guidance as required. You will provide advice and support to the business and senior managers on recruitment & selection, training and development, budgeting and strategic planning, performance management and employee housing matters.
The Person
The person we seek will be tertiary qualified and a dynamic individual with three years' experience in a senior level, ideally within a Hospitality environment. Previous experience in the Middle East is essential for this role.
You will possess excellent communication and organization skills, have a strong eye for detail and have the ability to influence and build and establish solid business relationships with managers, employees and stakeholders. Your natural ability to lead and inspire a multi-cultural team will be a key attribute of this role.
