· To ensure the operation and maintenance of all IT systems installed in the company.
• Design, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade the organization's LAN/WLAN servers, workstations, and other related hardware/software.
• Ensuring smooth running of all IT related and keeping abreast with latest technologies.
• Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
• Ensure backups for PC and servers and make constant updates.
• Prepare & maintain network security, disaster recovery and business contingency plans.
• Installing and managing IP routers, switches and CISCO equipment (Routers, NTU's, Switches, firewalls)
• Knowledge in Network security, disaster recovery and Business contingency plans
• Detail oriented with excellent Problem Solving and Analyzing Skills
• Manage and control the organization's CCTV, PABX, and access system
• Knowledge of Database and email servers (Microsoft Exchange).
