As
a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that Quality
Systems are implemented and maintained to ensure that product quality is
maintained as per expected standards. You will be responsible obtaining
samples, conducting multiple analysis and supervising the laboratory. You will
evaluate and report test results in a timely and efficient manner on Laboratory
Information Systems (WinLIMs). You will also be responsible for ISO compliance
and analysis and resolution of any quality-related customer complaints.
You will be based at our facility in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai but may be expected to travel occasionally.
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Preferably College Graduate with Chemistry background.
- Minimum three years experience in Quality Control Laboratory is preferred.
- Well-versed in HPLC / Moisture analysis / MFI / Dispersion and feedstock quality variation on fi nished products.
- Familiar with Statistical Analysis / ISO and 5s Methodologies.
- Develop and maintain the Corrective Action Request System.
- Manage the processes around customer's expectations and corporate guidelines.
Additional Skills Requirements:
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, values, principles and work ethics.
- Manage the QA team in the Quality Manager's absence.
- Good command over spoken as well as written English.
- Should be familiar with and support the SH&E initiatives.
