Education & Certification:
- Graduate or equivalent in any discipline
Skills :
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration
Responsibilities include:
- HR Co-ordination for administrative matters
- Weekly Timesheet & Invoicing follow up
- Travel Tickets/Exit Permit & Hotel Arrangements
- Insurance /Car Registration related support to Staff / Gatepass Preparations
- Import & Exports Shipment Handling & processing
- Petty cash management & Cheque Preparation
- Asset register Insurance
- Entering of personal time sheets /Asset utilization & Identification of monthly stock movement
