Full-time Help Desk and Training Specialist (ABU DHABI-Based)
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Amadeus Central System, including ticket exchange, Refund, Queues, etc.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Positive, customer service oriented attitude.
- Teaching experience is an advantage.
- Other GDS knowledge is an advantage.
