Regional Retail Manager - UAE

Salary KD 800 : KD 1000 p.m


Preferable candidate had experience in GCC or Middle east and had residence in UAE or Gulf  or from Europe country and monthly  salary cover (Basic salary , Accommodation and transportation and telephone allowance


Qualification & Skills & Experience

·         Degree or Diploma in Business or Retail Management

·         Minimum of 5+ years experience as Showroom Manager and store opening experience

·         Experience in implementing retail processes

·         Experience in delivering training within a retail store environment

·         Excellent oral communication skills

·         Effective interpersonal skills with all levels

·         Ability to maintain excellent fashion merchandise presentation standards

·         Proven leadership skills in training, coaching, motivating and selling

·         Knowledge of lawful employment practices

·         Ability to read, interpret and implement strategies based on various reports

·         Proven ability to lead employees within a geographical area

·         Strong human relation skills and ability to work and support a team environment

English and Arabic speaking..
