Saudi Total Lubricants Co. Ltd. is setting up a state-of-the-art Lubricants Blending & Filling Plant in King Abdullah Economic City, 100 km north of Jeddah. We are looking for ambitious candidates who will be a part of the initial Plant team and will pioneer the efficiencies and production standards of the new plant.
Plant Manager:
Plant Manager will be required to provide effective leadership and management of the plant operations of the company. This role encompasses Production Planning & Control, Plant maintenance and upkeep, coordination with Sales & statutory authorities, cost control & budgeting, and implementation of company's HSEQ policies. The ability to interface across all levels of hierarchy and with regulatory authorities is essential.
Applicants should be Graduate or Post Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical engineering and ideally possess a solid track record and understanding of lubricants or related industry sectors. Outstanding communication, leadership and people motivation skills, together with a very strong commitment in delivering top levels of service internally and externally are essential requirements. Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity. Arabic language proficiency would be an asset.
- Adequate HSEQ & Technical training will be provided to all selected candidates.
- We prefer Saudi nationals.
- Non-Saudi local candidates should possess transferable Iqama.
