Business Development Specialist:
- Driving new business to a company utilizing a variety of methods and techniques.
- Attract new business through promotions, product development or research.
- Responsible for marketing or working with the marketing team to come up with an effective campaign.
- Maintain and develop healthy sales volumes, retain existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Strictly comply with Company strategies, policies and procedures.
- Serve clients with utmost degrees of transparency, thoughtfulness and sense of client care.
- Applicant shall also respect lines of reporting & communication and follow his/her superior's instructions.
- Follow up with clients after the delivery of service and maintain, at all the times, good and open contact and communications with clients.
- Have a general understanding of the Tours & Holidays market and able to market Holiday products and packages to the clients.
- Maintain and develop customer database.
- Achieve targets and company goals/ objectives.
- Prepare monthly marketing & sales plan, effectively report daily sales contacts, and provide superiors a comprehensive idea of prevailing market situation for action
- Works with existing products in new markets, trying to find the most effective introductory strategy into those markets.
- The Applicant shall at least have a minimum of (2) years working experience in GDS systems and in travel field.
