A Well reputed Riyadh Based Organization is seeking for Professionals in Travel & Tourism field.
Team Leader:
- Be able to lead a team and by following all business & system processes, and ensure that all bookings are ticketed accurately and have previous experience working in a similar ticketing role.
- Ability to inspire and encourage a team to ensure that the standards of the team are high and the tasks that have been assigned are being done, and the team is achieving company vision and objectives.
- Be able to manage, motivate & develop a team of ticketing staff, helping team in solving their problems and lead collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure, leads by example, and maintain a high level of performance & service at all times.
- Lead creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvements in workflow. Create an environment oriented to open communications, creative thinking, cohesive team effort and workplace trust.
- Knowledge of IATA ticketing, and have strong experience processing airfares along with the ability to work easily and effectively with all main GDS's namely Sabre, Amadeus, World Span, and Galileo.
- Strictly comply with Company strategies, policies and procedures.
- Serve clients with utmost degrees of transparency, thoughtfulness and sense of client care as and when required.
- Provide all necessary business information and Help keep the team focused and on track to achieve monthly sales targets and increase profit.
- Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.
- The Applicant shall at least have a minimum of (5) years working experience in GDS systems and in travel field.
- Education required, Diploma for Saudi National & Bachelor / Master for Non-Saudi National
