Preferable candidate had experience in GCC or Middle east and had residence in Kuwait or Gulf or from Europe country monthly salary cover (Basic salary , Accommodation and transportation and telephone allowance.
· Educated to degree level, ideally in fashion merchandising or other related subjects
· Other qualifications and/ or training in Business and Fashion Design is very helpful
· Minimum of 3 years' significant fashion buying experience in a centralized retail environment,
· Previous experience in design would be a distinct advantage
· Ability to understand fashion trends and relate/ translate this to the target customer
· Ability to fully understand the fashion design process and the timelines required to provide designs for inclusion within a collection. Ideally, the candidate should have a design background.
· Ability to select designs that reflect and enhance the Anotah brand, whether working with internal or freelance designers.
· Intimate knowledge of kids market
· Good analytical skills
· Excellent budgeting and planning skills
· Excellent commercial / negotiation skills
· Ability to deal well with deadlines and stress.
· Demonstrated team player
· Outstanding interpersonal skills
· Ability to communicate cross functionally as well as up and down the enterprise
