Dhabi is seeking the following candidates:
Operations Manager - Graduate of a catering institute or long-term service (15 years minimum) in the food and beverage industry. Administration background and strong personality required.
Capable of training, supervising and organizing all the departments, i.e. kitchen, bakery, bar, laundry, restaurant, housekeeping and stores. Must be familiar with hygiene rules. Must possess very good knowledge of English and must be able to administer and supervise work and personnel for camp(s). Knowledge of food hygiene a must.
