Human Resources Manager
Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: 5+ years of which minimum 3 years in Education Sector
Description:
- In conjunction with the executive team you will be tasked with driving and implementing all areas of HR strategy
- Managing a multi cultural team of local and regional HR professionals across all disciplines of Human capital including recruitment, payroll, staff retention, training, performance management, relocation & compensation
- Responsible for a program of change management both cultural and business process orientated throughout the division
- Proven success in delivering large & diverse recruitment programs within set time frames
- Encouraging, promoting and retaining local talent within all areas of the group
- As a large expatriate employer from all areas of the World you will be well versed on local employment, visa processing requirements, compensation and redeployment process
- Providing motivation & direction to your team and should be well versed in people management and proven experience in leading multi cultural teams
