- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial business.
- Specific experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
- Ability to plan and formulate strategies.
- Strong leadership qualities, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation, presentation and man management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
