IT Support Engineer/IT Helpdesk Specialist
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher diploma in IT required.
- Microsoft Certifications (MOSE, CCNA, ITEL. ICDL, A+ & ITEL) will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Internet Service Provider (ISP), LAN/WAN, Dial-up, xDSL,
- Cable WiFi, WIMAX, VolP network, Configuration of Routers and switches CISCO, Firewall and other network security mechanisms.
- Experience with helpdesk management system in a hospital will be an advantage.
- Good command over MS Window XP Operating system, MS Exchange and MS Office.
- English and Arabic Language Proficiency will be preferred.
