Job Description
A leading real estate
developer in Ras al Khaimah is seeking aggressive, dynamic, ambitious and
capable certified quantity surveyor with 8-10 years experience with reputed
consultants, clients, projects or cost management companies.
Desired Qualifications:
Civil Engineer or Qualified QS with 8-10 years in UAE.
Looking for candidates with pre and post Contract experience in Construction of High-rise Buildings/Villas and infrastructure and have to manage and implement of all aspects of QS administrative services including budgeting, estimating, tendering, contracting, cost management, project administration and reporting.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
Significant quantity surveying, experience; Well versed in FIDIC; Demonstrable understanding of the Client's key objectives within the specified Sector; Has excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; On hand experience in SAP will be an added advantage; Has the ability to communicate with all levels of Senior Management, and can provide clear and concise communication in all formats; Strong team working skills; Well presentable as he or she will be meeting clients on a daily basis.
