Industrial Company operating in diversified sectors in Qatar is looking for the following positions:
Procurement Officer:
- Coordination of procurement of materials, consumables, equipment, spare parts and Services (mainly in the electromechanical sector)
- Technical and economical optimization of procurement
- Negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Analysis and investigation of local and international market (sourcing)
- Co-ordination with Technical, Finance and Administration Managers and PM
- Elaboration of Purchase Orders, Agreements, Reports and analysis
- Support to Tenders and Quotations elaboration (cost analysis)
- Implementation of Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures
- Knowledge of the procurement processes, with particular reference to the electromechanical field
Requirements:
- Compulsory: B. Comm. university degree
- Compulsory: (5) five years experience in Qatar for all.
- Valid Work Permit (transferable), availability to join in short time.
- Holding valid Qatari Driving License for all
- Fluent in English.
