Male or female applicant must have design and decoration background and have proven and successful track records managing interior design and decoration firms in the Gulf or Middle East with min 10 years overall experience in managing designers, 3-D visualizes, draftsmen, decoration and fit out & finishing projects, subcontractors, purchasing, materials selection, pricing, negotiations, contracts and business improvement
