State Bank of India, QFC, Branch, Doha, Qatar is seeking to hire a Risk Officer with an exposure of working in a Bank located in Middle-East Region.
Job Description:
- Risk assessment which involves managing the process, identifying, describing, analyzing and estimating risks
- Risk evaluation which involves comparing assessed risks with established risk criteria
- Risk treatment by selecting and implementing measures to control and mitigate risks
- Monitor and review processes and operations to ensure risk and compliance arrangement are in place
- Ensuring that risk awareness is communicated effectively and embedded at all levels of the organization by providing support
Job Requirements:
- Recognized Professional qualification in Risk Management e.g. Financial Risk Management(FRM) or any other equivalent Risk Management Certification.
- 3 to 5 years working experience in Bank in Middle East Region in same capacity
- Age between 25 years to 40 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge of practices and principles of Risk Management
- Possessing knowledge in IFRS & Hedge Accounting is preferable.
- Candidates from Qatar will have to furnish NOC from their local employer at the time of interview.
- Salary is negotiable and commensurate with job requirements in local market
