Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
- Initiative, reliability and stress tolerance
- Fluency in English & Arabic language is a must
