An
experienced individual to lead, manage and develop the HR requirements for a
fast growing engineering company based in the Middle East. This demanding role
will require the individual to maintain and enhance the organization's human
resource planning, implementation of human resource policies, programs and
practices and evaluating and enhancing employee relations to ensure a
long-term, stable and satisfied resource platform.
Applicants should be degree qualified or equivalent or possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior HR role, preferably with a background in an engineering-related industry. The position requires a high sense of personal integrity and responsibility, demonstrable and culturally sensitive people skills, experience in performance management, compensation and wage structures and appropriate employment law.
