HR Assistant - Qatar


MEBS International, Qatar has ongoing requirement for HR Assistant.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversees the human resource recruitment database.
- Prepares and manages the publication of advertisements and job listings.
- Maintains resume database and receives/tracks employment applications.
- Schedules and coordinates applicant testing and ensures quality assurance of all documentation.
- Prepare weekly reports as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred with experience in related field.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Business Organizational and Communication skills (verbal and written), including interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Work well in a team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision.
- Family visa or transferrable work visa.
