Requirements:
- Senior F&B Operation Management experience of minimum 5 years.
- Experience with multibrand fast food/Casual Dining preferred.
- Previous chef qualification and experience is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, relationship building and team building skills.
- Able to think strategically.
- Franchise development background is a plus.
