- Strong understanding of all aspects of equipment repair (electrical, hydraulic, gasoline, diesel and pneumatic)
- Excellent organizational skills: capable of dispatching mechanics, managing parts and generating work orders
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
