Fitness First is currently seeking to hire Project Manager in KSA urgently.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Good Knowledge in Auto-CAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Primavera P6
- 8-10 yrs of overal exp. in Project Management preferably from Retail Division
- Understands complete cycle of Project Execution i.e. Coordinating with the MEP, HAVC & other subcontractors, Site management & resolving complex technical problems, interface with the consultant & subcontractors to obtain or provide project technical & progress data, Drafting and submitting budget proposals, Controlling the project cost with-in the budget, Monitoring Quality control & Safety aspects to be followed strictly, etc.
- Should have good knowledge of Saudi market with a valid driving license
