A reputed real estate/facility management company located in Doha, Qatar is seeking to immediately fill up the following positions:
Cost and Estimation Engineer (CEE 02012):
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimate for various aspects of work to be consolidated into overall estimate.
- Ability to prepare tender documents.
- Review of contracts and identification of potential risk to be considered during proposals.
- Understanding of various contract types, method of measurements and specifications.
- Maintain proper filing system for each operation.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to receive quotation with competitive prices.

- only candidates with real estate and tendering experience are allowed to apply.
