A leading Construction Company in KSA is seeking to hire a highly qualified Camp Manager.
Job Description:
Reports to GM Operation, managing all operations / area
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Demonstrate and promote client satisfaction as a core company value
- Responsible for revenue and operational expenses
- Hire, train and supervise all service employees
- Monitor employee performance, quality of work, employee productivity and provide employees with feedback and coaching to obtain company goals
- Foster teamwork and establish an empowered workforce
- Foster communication and teamwork; keep employees informed
- Oversee and administer all activity assigned including inspection of work and overall clients satisfaction
- Administer and implement company safety and training program to ensure employee safety and quality of clients service
With the following minimum required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or depth of experience to perform effectively
- Minimum 5 years solid experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities
- A task master with strong leadership qualities
- Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and distinctly
- All nationalities, and must hold a valid residency in KSA
