A leading investment company is looking for a qualified BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for a subsidiary involved in Property Management Business with a core activity of buying or renting in bulks. This role will be working as a branch manager and the candidate must have:
1) Managerial experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
2) Knowledge and experience in purchasing or acquiring properties in bulk deals for onward sales or rentals to the end users i.e. individuals, corporates and government bodies.
3) Ability to formulate multiple packages to suit the needs of agents, investors, tenants and land lords and hands on ability to customize a certain package matching with the client's requirement and market trends.
4) Ability and experience in creating agents network, investors' and landlords' groups and end users' circles so that a substantial number of property units can be acquired and offered for rentals or lease in one-off bulk deal
5) Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and computing skills.
