for enthusiastic professionals to join the operations team.
EXECUTIVE (Russian Market) - Executive, to handle the Russian market, is expected to have strong relationships with travel agencies/DMC's/Tour Operators across Russia, and strong market understanding when it comes to the needs & requirements of Russian tourists (FIT's & Groups) visiting the UAE. The Executive is expected to create, develop, price & market products which are specially designed for the Russian market. The candidate should have experience in the UAE (i.e. suppliers, hotels, & local knowledge) having worked in a Tour Operator/DMC in the UAE, and having worked extensively with the Russian market for a period of 3-5 years. The successful candidate is expected to develop the Russian market and increase the volume of sales coming from Russia.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE touristic areas and interest-related spots, activities & entertainment in the UAE.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working with the Russian market as an Executive at a DMC/Tour Operator in the UAE.
- Excellent command of the English & Russian languages (written and spoken).
- Flexible with regard to work timings to suit the market.
- Passionate about customer service and loves working to targets.
- Experienced user of reservation systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive and outgoing attitude with a desire to succeed.
