Requirements:
Candidte must be a Bachelor in CivilI Mechanical Engineering.
Having 12+ years of Bid Management experience in Turnkey Construction Projects in the oil & gas sector, namely process piping mechanical erection, E & I etc.
Candidate must have knowledge on engineering disciplines, construction tradesmen, capabilities, and equipment usage.

A thorough understanding of Technical Submittals Bid Proposal preparation, Risk Assessment
with respect to contracts, Variation Preparation in bidding and claims analysis.

Knowledge of site construction from a supervisory role.
experience as a site quantity surveyor, cost engineer or contracts administrator, within the sector.
The candidate must have the ability to use initiative to deal effectively with problems as they arise.
Have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
Experience in the Gulf is essential.
