Job Description:
The leading Facility Management Company is looking
for a Facility Coordinator at Abu Dhabi.
Qualification Requirements:
= Min three year Diploma in Engineering/Facility Management
= Minimum five years experience with similar position.
= Excellent communication skill.
= Highly motivated and Fluent in English speaking.
= Sound knowledge of MEP systems in Multi storey Towers like
Heat Exchanger, Pumps, Extract Fans, AHU, LV, HV etc.
= Sound knowledge of Security and Housekeeping Services.
= Proficiency in MS office Excel, Word.
= Ready to interact with Client, Subcontractors, Suppliers.
= Knowledge of BMS, CCTV, Building cradles, Lifts, Fire alarm fire fighting system.
= Competent in handling the HSE issues.
