Sector: Banking
An extensive understanding and experience in the sales of FX, MM, FI & Derivatives is paramount. Ideally the selected candidate will have previously built a sales desk from scratch at their current or previous employer.
Responsibilities:
• Agree a strategy and targets for the sales team.
• Interact and work closely with the existing trading team.
• Build a sales team with a focus on FX, MM, FI and derivatives.
• Build and develop a relationship with local corporate, family offices and private banks.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience with broad product knowledge and extensive relationships in the region.
• Track record of building a sales desk.
• Preferably Arabic speaking.
