We are seeking medium and advanced GPS / Automotive
Electronics installation technicians with advanced computer skills to join our
global and industry leading Vehicle Telematics Company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and programming vehicle GPS tracking and vehicle monitoring systems to a variety or 12 v and 24 v vehicle fleets across the Qatar region and to be based in Doha (accommodation provided). Career progression is available to the right candidates. Training will be provided - product specific
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES:
Qualifications in automotive electrical repairs and maintenance required. 12 & 24 v DC | Min 4 years’ experience working with automotive electronics and electrical | Repairs, Diagnostics, Installations of electronic systems. Experience with installing and programming GPS tracking systems will be an advantage. | Willing to travel internationally on projects. | Be self-motivated and capable of managing small installation projects without supervision. | Work in a team environment | Presentable and good English reading and writing skills. | Advanced computer and software skills - MS office. | Experience in advanced Automotive Electronics and PLC programming an advantage. | Attention to detail, systematic approach to problem solving. | Professional attitude and behaviour, customer focused. | Highly organised, assertive, decisive and patient. | Ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues
