Project Manager - Al Ain, UAE

The Project Manager's role is to plan, direct, in some cases, coordinate activities concerned with the supervision of construction and maintenance of Construction projects. He/ She manages the development of the project(s) from time, cost and quality viewpoint, aiming to complete the project(s) efficiently on time and within budget.

PM must be able to:
- Develop Project management plan and all other related components.
- Keep the project on track in terms of schedule and budget.
- Identify, monitor and respond to risks.
- Provide accurate and timely report of project metrics.

Further, PM will also be responsible for any changes in the Contract, negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with Contracts Manager and other. 

Skills:
- Minimum 12-15 years experience as Project Manager and with 5-7 years experience in Gulf Region. PMP (an advantage).
- Extensive knowledge in FIDIC Contracts Implementation.
- Strong command in contract interpretation, claims and variations analysis, dispute resolution, project monitoring, sub-contract management, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Education BSc Architectural degree or higher.
- Deployment Prestigious project in Lebanon.
